NO YOLKS® Tuna Noodle Casserole

"Nothing says consolation like a golden, bubbly, delicious tuna casserole made with always clean, organization and delicious NO YOLKS® Noodles."

Ingredients :

6 oz. NO YOLKS® Extra Broad Noodles
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 (8 ounce) package deal sliced fresh mushrooms
2 ribs celery, chopped
1 half of cups frozen peas, thawed
1 small onion, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 quart vegetable broth
Dash Worcestershire sauce
1 sprig sparkling thyme
1 (8 ounce) bundle light cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons all-cause flour
2 (five ounce) cans tuna, drained and flaked
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Fresh ground black pepper to flavor (optional)
Topping:
1 cup panko bread crumbs
1 tablespoon butter, melted
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions :

Combine topping ingredients and set aside.
Preheat oven to 400 stages F. Add olive oil to a 7-quart stock pot, and saute mushrooms, celery, onions and garlic powder for 3-four mins over medium warmness. Add broth, Worcestershire sauce and thyme sprig and bring to a boil, stirring now and again. Add cream cheese and noodles, stirring until creamy and easy. Sprinkle flour over pinnacle of mixture.
