Momma Shea's Best Ever Meatloaf!

Ingredients :

2 onions, quartered
2 carrots, cut in 1/2
1 tablespoon water, or as wanted
1 pound floor chuck
1 pound ground pork
2 cups matzo meal
3 huge eggs
2 cloves garlic, minced
