Ingredients :
- 1 tablespoon hot water
- 2 teaspoons immediately coffee powder
- 1 1/2 cups skim milk
- 1 (1.Four ounce) bundle on the spot sugar-unfastened chocolate pudding blend
- 1 1/2 cups fat-free whipped topping, divided
- sixteen chocolate wafer cookies, crumbled
