- 2 pounds clean tomatoes - peeled, seeded and chopped
- 1/four cup dry vermouth, or to flavor
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon chopped clean basil
- 1 tablespoon chopped clean oregano
- 1 tablespoon chopped sparkling thyme
- 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly floor cinnamon
- 1 (4 ounce) field crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
