"I were given this from an North Carolina native and it is the satisfactory. It is pretty plenty foolproof. This is made inside the sluggish cooker."
Ingredients :
- 2 pounds red meat shoulder roast
- salt and floor black pepper to flavor
- half of cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup pink wine vinegar

- Preheat slow cooker on Low for 15 mins.
- Season red meat shoulder with salt and pepper; area pork in preheated gradual cooker. Mix ketchup, brown sugar, and vinegar in a bowl; pour over pork.
- Cook on Low for 8 hours. Transfer beef to a big platter and slice into 3 to 4 pieces. Shred meat with 2 forks and go back to slow cooker. Continue to prepare dinner for 1 hour.
