Ingredients :

- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 4 cups frozen Asian stir-fry greens, unthawed
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger root
- 2 teaspoons minced sparkling garlic
- three tablespoons sodium-decreased soy sauce
- Sliced green onion (elective)
