- 2 1/3 cups tomato and herb pasta sauce
- 1/4 cup sliced solar-dried tomatoes
- 1/2 cup white wine (optionally available)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice, or to taste
- 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest (non-compulsory)
- half teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- half pound peeled and deveined frozen uncooked shrimp, thawed
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1/four cup crumbled feta cheese
- Chopped sparkling parsley (non-compulsory)
