NO YOLKS® Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients :

  • 6 oz. NO YOLKS® Extra Broad Noodles
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 (8 ounce) package deal fresh sliced mushrooms
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 pound flank steak or London broil, reduce into skinny strips
