"This turned into my Mom's recipe. She never wrote anything down, so the amounts on the seasonings are estimates and 'to taste.' She always stated the key component became 'love.'"
Ingredients :
- 1 (16 ounce) package elbow macaroni
- 2 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 1/four cup white vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pro salt, or to taste
- 1 teaspoon white sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- half teaspoon ground black pepper, or to flavor
- 2 (5 ounce) cans chew mild tuna in water, drained and flaked
- 2 (four ounce) cans child shrimp, drained
- 1 massive cucumber, seeded and chopped
- 1 small sweet onion, chopped
- four tough-boiled eggs, chopped
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- 1 pinch paprika

- Bring a massive pot of gently salted water to a boil. Cook elbow macaroni within the boiling water, stirring once in a while until cooked thru but corporation to the chunk, 8 mins; drain. Rinse macaroni with cold water till chilled; drain.
- Mix mayonnaise, white vinegar, pro salt, sugar, garlic powder, and black pepper in a large bowl with a whisk until clean. Stir tuna, baby shrimp, cucumber, and candy onion into the mayonnaise combination to coat ingredients absolutely; add chopped eggs and stir. Pour chilled macaroni into the bowl and stir; top with sliced eggs. Garnish salad with paprika.
- Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate at the least 1 hour to in a single day before serving.
Notes :
- I individually don't take care of celery in salads, so I use cucumber alternatively, but you could actually alternative celery on this recipe.
- This is one of those salads that tastes even higher the following day, for that reason my recommendation is to relax in a single day, if feasible.
